When you join our Scheduling List, indicate your interest in requesting a letter. If you are currently a Waterloo client, talk to your therapist at your next regular session to learn more.

We are only able to provide this service for adult clients, 18 and older.
Waterloo does not provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
